Online Conference Portal
To access the meeting, view the schedule, and view talks, access the EventPilot Online Planner. If you are on a computer, you can access the planner by clicking the this link: https://eventpilotadmin.com/web/planner.php?id=AOS20. Please note, Chrome is the recommended browser for viewing the Online Planner.
To access the schedule on a mobile device or tablet, you need to download the EventPilot Virtual Event App from the App Store. *Note, the EventPilot Conference App will not work, make sure to download the Virtual Event App. Once the app is downloaded to your device, use the code “AOS20” to access NAOC VII.
Remember: All times are displayed in EDT (-4 GMT)
Note that anyone can view the conference program, but in order to view live sessions, recordings, or build a personal schedule, you will need to log into the planner/app. To log in, your username is your email address and your password is your last name. Please input both as you did when registering for the conference (e.g. if you used all caps to register, you will need to use all caps for your username and password.
