How to register for post-conference access

Already have an existing Member Portal account?

If you already have a Member Portal username and password (e.g., you are a current or previous member of AOS, AFO, RRF, or WOS), you can navigate directly to the registration portal by clicking the link below. Depending on your browser settings, you may be asked to log in again.

Don’t have a Member Portal account or you are not sure?

If you do not already have a username and password, you will first need to set up your free account from the Member Portal login page. Click the “Create a User Account” on the left side of the login page.

If you are not sure if you have an existing account, click the “Forgot your password? Click here” link on the left side of the page and then enter your email address on the following page. If you have an existing account with that email address, the system will send you a link to reset your password.

Once you have your account established, you can navigate to the registration portal by selecting “Browse Events” in the Events section.

Register Now!If you have any questions or experience problems during the registration process, please submit a request to the virtual help desk. Help requests are monitored by multiple individuals to ensure the quickest response.

Access to the session recordings will begin Friday, August 21 and end Wednesday, September 9. To access the recordings, you will need to log into the EventPilot Online Planner using the following instructions:

HOW TO ACCESS THE RECORDED PRESENTATIONS

If you are on a computer, you can access the planner by clicking the this link:https://eventpilotadmin.com/web/planner.php?id=AOS20. Please note, Chrome is the recommended browser for viewing the Online Planner.

To access the schedule on a mobile device or tablet, you need to download the EventPilot Virtual Event App from the App Store. *Note, the EventPilot Conference App will not work, make sure to download the Virtual Event App. Once the app is downloaded to your device, use the code “AOS20” to access NAOC VII.

You will then login using the following credentials:

• Username = the email address you used to register for the meeting
• Password = your last name EXACTLY as entered during the registration process. This is case sensitive and must include any accent marks or capitalization entered in the registration form in order to access the Conference Portal and recordings.
